Kanye West Sex Tape Does In fact Exist, His Lawyer Demands Take Down of Images
On Saturday we reported on the possible existence of a Kanye West sex tape and now apparently it just might true. It’s been reported that Kanye West is loosing his sh*t over the situation and is trying to do anything to make sure the tape doesn’t see the light of day.
A law firm representing Kanye West has issued a takedown notice, surrounding controversial images stemming from a sex tape being shopped to various media outlets, from an anonymous source.
We haven’t received a take down notice yet, but I’m sure it’s on it’s way, so far they’ve already contacted AllHipHop.com, so I’m sure we’re on the list and will eventually be contact while they’re making their rounds.
In a legal document to AllHipHop.com Lisa M. Buckley of Pryor Cashman says:
“Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer,”
She also added:
“Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West’s rights of privacy and publicity,”
She also warned numerous social media outlets about posting the screenshot from the video:
“We hereby demand that you: (1) immediately cease and desist from posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and disseminating the illegally obtained Screen Shot of Mr. West,”
Yeezy’s team is definitely going hard to take down any trace of the image and they are also doing overtime to track down the person behind shopping the tape around.
The Pinterest of adult entertainment Sex.com has has already reportedly offered million to the anonymous seller.
Steve Hirsch, the big guy over at Vivid Videos who released Kim Kardasian’s tape says Kanye’s tape could be the most valuable ever sold on the market:
“It depends on the quality of the tape, the length, the lighting, the sex,” Hirsch said. “But something like this could go for a couple of million dollars. I don’t think there has ever been a sex tape with a star of this magnitude. Tommy Lee was big, but this is a different world and Kanye is a special guy. He’s everywhere.”
It might be too little too late for damage control, that tape will most likely see the light of day.
And in the end it might be Kanye West who allows it to get out, someone will make an offer that he’ll not refuse.
