Gunplay Released From Jail On $150K Bond & House Arrest

Gunplay has had a very active month, from catching a quick beat down at the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards, to turning himself in to authorities due to a warrant for a robbery charge.

Now he’s out on a bail.

Earlier today, his attorney Michael Grieco announced Gunplay was released on 0,000 bond and placed on house arrest in the connection to the robbery of a man at a Miami Tax business on April 13th. According to Grieco:

“The state did not prove that Mr. Morales was a flight risk or a threat to the community,” said his attorney Michael Grieco in an email statement. “He should be home with his family shortly. This is first step in clearing his name so he can continue his emerging music career.”

House arrest beats jail any day, all that’s left now is for 50 Cent to mail him his chain back, he’s at least allowed to walk to the mail box.
