Following The Union’s decision to postpone their remaining UK tour dates, after lead singer Peter Shoulder was taken ill onstage and unable to continue during a concert at the O2 Academy in Islington on February 21, the band have now confirmed the rescheduled dates for the remainder of the tour.
They are as follows:
March 23 – Newport Steelhouse
March 27 – Bristol Fleece
March 28 – London O2 Islington Academy
All tickets for original dates will be valid and refunds will be offered to those who cannot make the new dates.
The Union have also announced the addition of a new date for the tour, and will now play at the O2 Academy in Liverpool on March 24.
BlackWolf, who have been the support band for the tour, will continue to open for The Union at the rescheduled dates. A further special guest for The Union’s date at the O2 Academy in Islington is expected to be announced shortly.
Go below to watch three exclusive clips of The Union playing acoustically in the Green Room of Classic Rock magazine.
These tracks come from the press advance cassette for Kid Capri’s 1998 album, Soundtrack To The Streets, for Trackmasters Ent/Columbia. Neither made the final cut of the album, and were banished to the cutting room floor…. UNTIL NOW. Common would later use his verse for “Tekzilla” with Hi-Tek. Enjoy, fuckers.

Lord Bass happily used 0s and 1s to bring the tunes, starting very chill with Boards of Canada, ending over two hours later with Gui Boratto. Juan’s set is a Trance Lab-exclusive that’s not available anywhere else.
